I am an artist currently based in Johannesburg.
My interests in process, knowledge, agency, and structure find their expression in the growing use of technology in our day-to-day lives. In my practice I’m concerned with our capacity to choose and to act in environments that are becoming ever more organized with the spread of consumer technologies and electronic devices. And by the accompanying formal structures that influence our behaviour that emerge within this process of organization. With varying degrees of success, I try and turn the act of encountering technology and similar structures or processes into something everyone can enjoy.
